213 N 12th Street Tampa FL is a 1500 sq.ft. 2/2 Loft that my real estate company Buy In The Bay Realty Group has managed as a rental for the past 5 years. The owner decided that she wanted to move on to other investments and list the home for sale.
We were fortunate enough that the most recent tenants had good taste in furniture and were very accomodating with showings. The photos came out excellent, thanks to the team at HDM Photography
However, the the time came for the tenants to move out and after two hurricanes and the holidays coming up, we were left with the challenge of buyers now seeing a vacant home and trying to visualize what this vacant space could become.
